John Atwood has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career at Microtek Medical in 1992 and held multiple positions. John played a crucial role in taking a new technology from the healthcare industry to the nuclear power generation industry, where it now enjoys significant market share.
After leaving Microtek Medical, John worked at Universal Companies as a Strategic Business Development executive from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they served as the General Manager for the REMcore Division at White Knight Engineered Products. During their tenure, they successfully executed a branding and product turnaround, securing deals with major retailers such as Target and Frontgate.
John then joined WTS International as the Senior Vice President for Business Development. John exceeded the company's business development forecast, but due to the financial crash, the position was eventually eliminated. Subsequently, they founded Luxury Guest Services, a company that specialized in creating guided in-room sensory guest experiences for luxury hotels. John led the company for two years, focusing on enhancing the guest experience and strengthening brand identity.
John's next role was as the Regional Vice President at Ready Care Industries, where they demonstrated their customer-centric approach and achieved significant growth by penetrating existing accounts and expanding the customer base. John also successfully defended three key accounts during a major competitive attack.
Following this, John served as the Executive VP of Business Development at Innovative Spa Management, responsible for the company's growth and strategic vendor relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Enterprise Client Partner at FranklinCovey, where they help transform organizations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures based on timeless principles of human effectiveness.

John Atwood attended Buhl High School from 1975 to 1978 and then enrolled at Preston High School in 1978. After completing high school, they pursued a Non-Degree Pre-Chiropractic program at Utah State University from 1979 to 1984. During this time, their field of study focused on Biology and Chemistry.
