Cassidy Back

Cassidy Back has a diverse work experience ranging from project management in the construction industry to marketing and operations roles at FranklinCovey. In their role as a Learning Implementation Manager at FranklinCovey starting in 2023, they are responsible for implementing educational programs. Prior to that, Cassidy worked as a Project Manager at DVB CONSTRUCTION LLC from 2015 to 2023, where they successfully managed the construction of over 200 homes and implemented Agile methodology to accommodate client changes.
