Paloma Tweet, CPTD®, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paloma is currently employed as a Learning Implementation Strategist at FranklinCovey. Prior to this role, Paloma served as the Owner of Custom Learning Solution Design + Development at Diligence Works LLC. Paloma also held positions at Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC, where they worked as the Director of Learning and Development and later as the Learning and Development Manager. Notably, Paloma led the design and development of an award-winning learning solution that optimized a continuous improvement training program in the retail industry, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced training time. Paloma also spearheaded the redesign of an instructor-led training program into a blended learning solution for an early childhood learning franchise. Before these roles, Paloma worked as an Instructional Designer at InfoPro Learning, Inc, where they designed and developed various instructional materials. Prior to their career in learning and development, Paloma worked as a Teacher at Immokalee Community School and as a Legal Assistant at Rahbaran & Associates, PLLC. Paloma previously held intern positions at the National Network for Immigrant and Refugee Rights and with U.S. Congressman George Miller. Throughout their career, Paloma has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training development, and strategic learning implementation.

Paloma Tweet, CPTD®, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2012. During their time at UC Santa Barbara, they did not specify a particular field of study. In 2011, Paloma also attended the Universidad de Belgrano, where they focused on Latin American Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Paloma obtained the Certified Professional in Talent Development certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in February 2022. Paloma also completed the Articulate Storyline certification offered by Zenith Performance Solutions in February 2017.
