Dmitry Viter has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Dmitry started their career as a System Engineer at Procter & Gamble in 1996, where they worked until 1998. Dmitry then transitioned to the role of Call Center Manager from 1999 to 2001.
In 2002, Dmitry became the Manager of the Corporate Services Department at Procter & Gamble in Ukraine, where they were responsible for overseeing IT services, office management, and car fleet. Dmitry held this position until 2003.
Dmitry moved on to roles in procurement at Procter & Gamble, starting as a Purchasing Manager from 2004 to 2005, followed by Senior Purchasing Manager from 2006 to 2007. Dmitry then served as a Procurement Support Business Expert from 2007 to 2011, and later as a Procurement Solutions Manager from 2011 to 2013. Dmitry's last role at Procter & Gamble was as a Procurement Global Capability and Training Manager from 2013 to 2014.
After leaving Procter & Gamble, Dmitry worked as a Freelance Business Trainer from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they focused on building their personal brand as a trainer and delivering personal and team effectiveness trainings for business teams. Dmitry also provided coaching in public speaking, developed self-confidence and creativity in children and teenagers, and conducted trainings for various organizations, including Coca-Cola, OMD marketing agency, and "Svobodnoe Kino" cinema school. Dmitry achieved significant successes, such as winning two pitchings in the Russian cinema industry and integrating the AMOCRM system into "Svobodnoe Kino" Cinema School's business process, which resulted in attracting 263 new students in 2017.
In 2018, Dmitry joined both "Everkonsalt" and FranklinCovey as a Business Trainer and Client Partner. Dmitry continues to leverage their expertise in training and development to drive success for their clients in these roles.
Dmitry Viter's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics and Logic. Dmitry completed this degree in 1997. Dmitry then proceeded to pursue a PhD at the same institution in Mathematics and Logic, which they completed in 2000.
In 2016, Dmitry attended the Cinema School "Svobodnoe kino" where they focused on various aspects of film production and scriptwriting as a producer, scriptwriter, director, and editor. This particular program did not result in a formal degree.
In addition to their formal education, Dmitry has also obtained various certifications. Notably, in 2004, they completed the KARRASS® Negotiating Course and received a Negotiation Skills Certificate from Procter & Gamble. Dmitry continued to enhance their negotiation skills by obtaining a Negotiation Skills II Certificate from Procter & Gamble in 2014.
Dmitry has also acquired several certifications related to leadership and personal development. Dmitry accomplished this through programs such as the FranklinCovey Sales Academy, where they obtained a certification in April 2019, and the FranklinCovey Certification Facilitator License, which they obtained in April 2007. Additionally, they received certifications in improving personal leadership in November 2013, engaging remote employees successfully in April 2013, and improving project management skills in July 2007, all from Procter & Gamble.
Aside from their professional development and leadership-focused certifications, Dmitry has demonstrated their linguistic skills by obtaining Global English Certificates (Levels 8, 9, and 10) between 2008 and 2011 through the GlobalEnglish Corporation. Dmitry also gained cartooning skills for trainers and presenters through a training certificate from Vision Learning and Development Limited in November 2010.
