Dr. Candy Singh

Dr. Candy Singh is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as a Professor of Leadership at the University of La Verne since July 2023 and a Keynote Speaker for FranklinCovey since July 2022. Previously, Dr. Singh was the Superintendent of Schools for Fallbrook Union Elementary School District from August 2011 to December 2022 and served on the Executive Committee of AASA, The School Superintendents Association from April 2017 to June 2020. With a background in educational leadership, Dr. Singh has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor of Educational Leadership at California State University San Marcos, Director of Instruction at Solana Beach School District, and various positions including Teacher, Principal, and Coordinator at San Marcos Unified School District from 1989 to 2009. Dr. Singh holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from San Diego State University.
