George Winnick began their work experience in 1992 as a Sales Representative at Kimberly-Clark. George then joined Strategic Management Group as an Account Executive in 1994 and later became the Business Development Team Leader. Winnick continued to advance within the company and became the Vice President of Sales in 2000 until 2005.
Following their time at Strategic Management Group, Winnick worked at Comcast as the Senior Director of National Sales Operations for a year before joining Hewitt as the Principal & Account Executive. At Hewitt, they focused on Consulting Sales Leadership and played a significant role in revenue growth in the Philadelphia region.
In 2010, Winnick became a Partner at Connections for Growth, where they worked until 2013. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the company's operations. Winnick then joined Blackdot as the Vice President and worked until 2015.
Currently, George Winnick is the Managing Director at FranklinCovey. In this role, they lead the Sales Performance Practice, helping sales leaders transform their organizations into high-performing growth engines.
George Winnick attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.
