Heather Lutz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2017. Heather started their career as an Administrative Assistant/Staffing Supervisor at Creative Financial Staffing from 2004 to 2006. Heather then worked as an Administrative Assistant/Account Manager at Ajilon Finance in 2006 before moving to Muzak as a Sales Assistant from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined Primepay as an Administrative & Sales Assistant/Account Manager in 2008-2009. Heather then worked as an Assistant to the Owner and Sales Team/Administrative Assistant at AH Technology Solutions, Inc from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Heather joined Longevity, Inc as an Assistant to the Director of Communications/Office Manager/Event Coordinator. Finally, in 2011, Heather joined FranklinCovey where they held the roles of Client Service Coordinator and subsequently the role of Client Engagement Coordinator (CEC), where they were also responsible for new hire training from 2015 to 2017.

Heather Lutz began their education in 1997 at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Psychology. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. In 1998, they transferred to Penn State University, Berks-Lehigh Valley Campus, where they studied Kinesiology/Business Management and Psychology as a major, completing their Bachelor's Degree in 2001. Meanwhile, Heather simultaneously attended Penn State Great Valley, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Sport Medicine in 2001.
