Jeffery Downs has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Jeffery'smost recent position was as the Managing Director at FranklinCovey since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for providing intuitive guidance and expert assistance to executive teams and organizations to enhance their operations through effective execution systems.

Before that, Jeffery worked at Flagship Reporting & Recovery as an Investor from 2012 to 2019.

From 2003 to 2011, they served as the Owner / Vice President at Best Practice Systems.

Prior to that, Jeffery held the position of Regional Sales Director at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies from 2002 to 2003.

Jeffery also worked at Comsense Inc. from 2000 to 2002 as the Vice President Sales & Marketing.

Jeffery's earliest work experience was as the General Sales Manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies from 1999 to 2001.
