Jessica Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessica started their career as a Media Planner at marchFIRST in 2000 and then moved to Optimedia (Publicis Dialog) where they worked as a Media Planner and gained expertise in optimizing direct response media for clients such as Curves for Women and United Healthcare.

In 2003, Jessica joined Studeo as an Account Director, managing online marketing for post-secondary education clients. Jessica then transitioned to Extra Space Storage in 2007 and served as the Director of Marketing - Divisional Marketing, overseeing local marketing efforts for over 730 self-storage retail locations.

In 2009, Jessica became the Director of Brand at Extra Space Storage, where they developed the overall brand strategy and served as a consultant between departments and outside agencies. Jessica then joined FranklinCovey in 2013 and held various positions, including Marketing Director for Leadership Solutions and Marketing Director for Strategic Markets, where they managed marketing strategies, launched new training products, and organized local marketing events and webinars.

Most recently, Jessica has been serving as the Director of Sales Operations at FranklinCovey, responsible for overseeing sales operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated successful leadership and strategic planning skills, resulting in double-digit growth and increased referrals.

Jessica Johnson attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising.
