Kaitlynn Long

Kaitlynn Long is an experienced implementation project manager currently at FranklinCovey since March 2022, having also served as a client engagement coordinator. Prior to this, Kaitlynn worked at Tory Burch as a retail sales associate from September 2020 to August 2022, focusing on providing exemplary customer experiences and strengthening brand loyalty through sales. Kaitlynn's career began at Herff Jones, where, from July 2014 to March 2022, responsibilities included acting as a customer service adviser and liaison to ensure efficient project timelines and client satisfaction. Kaitlynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Avila University in 2014.
