Kimberly Tosti has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they began their career at FranklinCovey as a Marketing Manager, where they ran multichannel marketing campaigns and managed live events. Kimberly then moved on to become a Business Partner, providing sales development and client success support to a team of account executives. In 2014, Kimberly took on the role of Manager, Marketing & Business Development, where they founded and grew the marketing lead qualification strategy, influencing over $16 million in closed revenue. Most recently, they became the Division Manager, Sales Development & Digital Marketing, responsible for developing and executing account-based digital marketing and sales strategies for FranklinCovey's Enterprise division. In addition to their corporate experience, Kimberly also worked as a Presenter/Facilitator, delivering dynamic work sessions and keynotes. Kimberly is also a trained Soprano, having performed with the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera. Before their corporate career, Kimberly served as the Youth Program Director at St. Mary of the Assumption, where they successfully rebuilt and increased participation in the youth program.

Kimberly Tosti earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Psychology and Music from Westminster University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
