Marcelo de Elias

Marcelo de Elias has a diverse range of work experiences in various roles. Marcelo started their career in 1993 as a Supervisor Administrativo at Radio Mantiqueira. From there, they transitioned to becoming a Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Iochpe Maxion S/A, where they implemented advanced methodologies for HR programs and projects. In 2006, they became a Professor at Franklin Covey, focusing on MBA programs and facilitating workshops for executive and professional development. In 2011, Marcelo joined Fundação Getulio Vargas as a Professor of MBAs, specializing in management of change and people in innovation. Marcelo continued their teaching career at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2014, as a Professor associated with custom and corporate programs. Marcelo also became a Curador e Palestrante especialista em Gestão de Mudanças at Universidade da Mudança in 2016. Most recently, they joined Conselho Virtual as a Conselheiro sobre gestão de mudanças, pessoas e inovação in 2021. Additionally, Marcelo has been a member of the Centro de Voluntariado de Cruzeiro since 2009, where they served as a Conselheiro and was involved in the technical committee. Marcelo de Elias completed their education in a chronological order. Marcelo first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Business at Faculdades Integradas de Cruzeiro from 1994 to 1997. Afterwards, they obtained an MBA in Strategic Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, studying from 2003 to 2004. Marcelo furthered their education by earning an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2005 and 2007. Subsequently, Marcelo attended the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business in 2010 for an international module in Management. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Design Thinking, Technology, and Innovation from UNIFATEA - Centro Universitário Teresa D'Ávila.
