Marcelo de Elias has a diverse range of work experiences in various roles. Marcelo started their career in 1993 as a Supervisor Administrativo at Radio Mantiqueira. From there, they transitioned to becoming a Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Iochpe Maxion S/A, where they implemented advanced methodologies for HR programs and projects. In 2006, they became a Professor at Franklin Covey, focusing on MBA programs and facilitating workshops for executive and professional development. In 2011, Marcelo joined Fundação Getulio Vargas as a Professor of MBAs, specializing in management of change and people in innovation.
