Ray DiCenzo has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales leadership and supply chain roles. Ray began their career as a District Sales Manager at Eastman Kodak in 1994, where they worked until 1997. Ray then joined Kinko's as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for developing and implementing strategies for profitable sales growth. In 2000, Ray returned to Eastman Kodak as the Director of Global Sales Operations, overseeing various areas such as sales reporting, forecasting, talent management, pricing operations, and sales force automation.

Following this, Ray worked at Miller Heiman as a Sales Vice President from 2008 to 2010, demonstrating their ability to turn around under-performing sales organizations and implementing successful solutions. Ray then joined Plan4Demand as a Global Account Manager in 2010, collaborating closely with clients across industries to provide consulting services and improve business performance. Ray further honed their sales expertise as the Director of Sales at ConnectAndSell, Inc from 2011 to 2013, focusing on increasing sales productivity through quality live conversations.

In 2013, Ray transitioned to FranklinCovey as the Managing Director of the Enterprise Division. In this role, they embraced the opportunity to help clients succeed through a game-changing approach, combining art and science in the craft of professional B2B sales. Ray continues to employ their extensive experience in sales performance to produce real, predictable, and sustainable improvements for sales organizations.

Ray DiCenzo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Marketing, and Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Ray attended the university from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a National C License in Coaching from the United States Soccer Federation in March 2009.
