Steve Feest

Steve Feest has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Steve started their career in 2002 as a Senior Account Executive at PC Mall, where they managed and grew a book of accounts by consulting clients on various IT solutions. Steve later became a Presales Engineer for HP Storage Solutions before joining Experis in 2006, where they served as a Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for developing new client accounts and managing teams of consultants.

At Experis, Steve also held roles as a Recruiting Director, Sr. Recruiting Director, and Managing Director, where they specialized in talent management and workforce solutions. Steve led sales, recruiting, and operations for the Chicago metropolitan area and played a key role in discovering, designing, and implementing workforce solutions.

In 2018, Steve joined FranklinCovey as a Client Partner, working with executives and business unit leaders to enhance their capability to execute strategic business outcomes. Steve later became a Managing Client Partner, partnering with organizations in Illinois and Wisconsin to deliver large-scale behavior change programs. In their current role as Managing Director at FranklinCovey, Steve leads and coaches a team of Client Partners and helps drive the mission of enabling greatness in people and organizations everywhere.

Steve Feest holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Carthage College. Steve is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
