Suresh Gunaratnam

Suresh Gunaratnam is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and talent alignment. Since October 2009, Suresh has been with FranklinCovey, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Global Lead Consultant, where responsibilities include supporting partners in aligning talent development with strategic vision. Previous roles at FranklinCovey include Lead Consultant and Managing Director, focusing on client-oriented solutions and organizational change in Turkey. Additionally, Suresh served as an adjunct instructor in leadership at Sabanci University from September 2009 to December 2014, facilitating leadership skills development for graduate students. Suresh holds an M.B.A. from the University of Leicester and a Ph.D. in Management & Leadership from Yeditepe University.
