Tia McIntosh

Tia McIntosh is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in coaching and consulting. Currently serving as the Coaching Director and Educational Consultant at FranklinCovey since June 2018, Tia supports the company's coaching strategy across the eastern USA and Canada while fostering integrity and collaboration within teams. Previous roles include Chief Academic Officer at Open Arms Leadership Academy and Academic Coach at DeKalb County School District, where Tia developed educational strategies and provided professional development. Tia's career began in the Camden City School District as an Assistant Principal and Teacher Evaluator, followed by various teaching roles. Tia holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware.
