Traci Lajoie

Traci Lajoie's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Traci currently works as a Client Engagement Coordinator for Education at FranklinCovey since November 2021. In this role, they help transform organizations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures through behavior change and mindset development.

Prior to their current role, Traci worked at Frenchtown Physical Therapy from July 2015 to November 2021. Traci held multiple positions in the company, including Office Manager, Administrative & Executive Assistant, and Customer Service Specialist. Their responsibilities included managing confidential medical records, solving billing and insurance problems, collaborating with senior staff, training employees, managing social media content and website, and handling customer relations.

Traci also worked as an Administrative Clerk at Montana Correctional Enterprises from October 2013 to May 2015. Their tasks involved facilitating in-service training, managing office operations, and implementing continuous process improvements.

Before that, they worked as a Computer Technology Instructor at Billings Adult Education from August 2011 to October 2013. Traci taught various computer software programs and prioritized curriculum organization and grading.

Traci's earliest work experience was as an Executive Assistant at Northwestern Mutual from March 2009 to March 2011.

Throughout their career, Traci has demonstrated excellent communication, collaboration, and administrative management skills. Traci has also shown proficiency in customer service, inventory management, and continuous process improvement.

Traci Lajoie has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Montana. Traci also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the same university. Additionally, Traci has completed certification programs in Administrative Assistant and Medical Coding from Billings Adult Education in September 2013 and January 2013, respectively.
