Jonathan Sellam

Jonathan Sellam is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of FRANKS HOT DOG since October 2020 and as Fondateur of Le Collectif - Solutions Digitales pour Restaurateurs since July 2019. Previous experience includes co-founding traqfood, a mobile application focused on sanitary safety management, from January 2015 to September 2020. Jonathan's background also features roles such as Gérant at LA MAISON MERE restaurant, where the establishment was recognized for its exceptional burger and fish and chips in 2014, and Directeur Associé at Artisan bar à cocktails.
