James Lim

James Lim is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Coordinator Building Projects and Senior Project Manager at Frankston City Council since February 2016, James leads high-quality infrastructure projects within the municipality. Prior roles include Engineering Services Officer at Southern Grampians Shire Council, Asset Officer at Darebin City Council, and Project Engineer at Gainway Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed project scope establishment, compliance management, and contract administration. James began the career as a Civil Design Engineer at PMK Consulting, focusing on housing development projects and engineering design quality.
