Ricerdas Cipkus

Ricerdas Cipkus has extensive experience in IT operations, managing various teams and implementing ITIL processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT Operations unit at Franmax since November 2019, Ricerdas oversees service desk, workplace, and IT application teams while focusing on colleagues' career development. Prior roles include IT Support Team Manager at FL Technics and Head of IT Service Desk and Data Processing at DNB Nord Bank, where Ricerdas managed service and application monitoring, coordinated outsourced services, and ensured compliance with ITIL frameworks. Earlier positions include IT Project Manager at Snoras and Head of IT at Customs Information Systems Centre, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT management and system administration. Ricerdas holds a Master of Science in Informatics and a Bachelor in Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology.
