Diana has a solid background in franchise ownership and operations, having previously owned multiple Fantastic Sams franchise locations and worked as a General Manager overseeing seven salons and 50 employees. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus.
