Paulo Silva

Paulo Silva has been in the financial industry for over 30 years, beginning their career in 1986 as a Gerente Agencia at Banco do Brasil. Paulo then moved to Citi in 2000, where they held the roles of Diretor - Vendas e Distribuicao (Brasil), Diretor - Marketing, Segmentos e Business Intelligence, Diretor - Wealth management + Business Intelligence, and Associate Manager (New York - EUA). In 2009, they joined HSBC as Diretor - Vendas e Distribuicao (Brasil) and Diretor - Wealth Management (America Latina). In 2014, Paulo Silva became Superintendente Executivo at Santander Brasil, and in 2019, they founded and became CEO of Franq Open Banking.

Paulo Silva has an education history that includes an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management between 1998 and 2000, an Executive Education from Harvard Business School in 2010, an Executive Education from IMD in 2013, and a Bacharel in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG between 1991 and 1996.
