Luis Bardales

Luis Bardales has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Luis is currently the Founder/Director of PEP Latam - Pro Evolution Pymes since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the General Director & Business Coach at Franquicia ActionCOACH Iberoamérica starting from May 2019. Luis also worked as an Independent Director at Empresa de Generacion Electrica del Sur S.A. in 2017. Before that, they were the Manager of Administration and Finance at Ajeper S.A. from February 2011 to August 2018. Luis Bardales has also worked as a Professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 1999 to April 2011. Luis held the position of Finance & Service Manager at Productos Roche QFSA from August 2009 to February 2011. Luis has also been the Finance Manager at Grupo Ememsa from November 2005 to July 2009 and the Manager of Administration and Finance at Cosapi Soft from January 2000 to October 2005. Furthermore, they started their career as an Executive Finance at Alicorp S.A. from March 1995 to December 1999.

Luis Bardales has a diverse education background, starting with their enrollment in the Escuela Naval del Perú from 1984 to 1988. During this period, they pursued a Licenciatura en Ciencias Navales, specializing as an Oficial de Marina.

Following their naval education, from 1991 to 1995, Bardales attended the Universidad del Pacífico (PE). Here, they obtained a Maestría en Administración de Empresas, focusing on business administration.

In 1997, Bardales briefly pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Altas Finanzas at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
