Marc Sanchez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and trial advocacy. Since 2000, Marc has served as a Construction Group Partner at Frantz Ward LLP, where responsibilities include counseling clients on claims avoidance, claims prosecution, risk allocation, contracting, and surety and insurance issues, along with trying cases to juries and judges across the United States. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Trial Attorney at Davis and Young from 1995 to 2000, defending policyholders under CGL and personal lines insurance policies and participating in numerous jury trials and appeals. Marc holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (AB) in Comparative Area Studies from Duke University.
