Sara R. Sutherland

Sara R. Sutherland has held various roles within the Franworks Group of Companies, starting as Manager of Compliance in February 2012. Sara R. then moved on to become Director of Business Development & Compliance in October 2015, and later Director of HR & Compliance in March 2017. Most recently, they served as Vice President of HR & Compliance, beginning in January 2022. Prior to their time at Franworks, Sara worked as the Manager of Administration & Compliance at Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant from February 2009 to February 2012.

Sara R. Sutherland earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & History from UMass Boston from the years 2003 to 2007. In addition, they pursued further education at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they completed an Executive MBA program.
