This team ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, manages financial and real estate assets, oversees IT and telecommunications systems, and ensures operational excellence and quality management across all airports. Members work collaboratively to enhance airport services, optimize scheduling, manage wildlife hazards, and develop strategic marketing initiatives to bolster airline partnerships.
