Mariana Vilar Mattos

Mariana Vilar Mattos is an experienced professional in process analysis and production management, currently serving as Analista de Processos III at Fras-le Oficial since June 2022, focusing on process improvement in metal stamping, friction material production, and machine development. Previously, Mariana worked at Seara Alimentos LTDA as an Analista de Produção Pl, where participation in leadership development programs and continuous improvement groups was emphasized.
