Doug's career began at Frasca International, where roles included Field Service Engineer and Electronics Technician from May 1991 to September 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Benedictine University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, along with additional studies at the College of DuPage.
