Mary Rascher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, quality assurance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Bench Technician at Frasca International, Inc. since August 2019, Mary focuses on the testing and repair of electronic components for flight simulators. Additionally, Mary has been the Owner of M&M Creations Bath and Body since December 2014, specializing in handcrafted soaps and bath products. Previous roles include QA Inspector and Electrical Tester at Charles Industries, Ltd., Repair Technician at Berkshire Hathaway/Chore Time Brock Inc/ Shore Measuring Systems, and Event Specialist at CROSSMARK. Mary also held the position of Director of Information Technology at Smart Structures, where innovative wireless technology was employed for bridge health monitoring. Earlier career experiences include roles in fabrication, repair, and software support across various companies, along with an educational background from Parkland College and West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
