Randy Gawenda

Randy Gawenda is a seasoned Business Development Manager at Frasca International, Inc. since September 2008, focusing on military and commercial customers for training in fixed wing and rotorcraft platforms. With a strong background in training and simulation, Gawenda has successfully led marketing and sales initiatives for simulation platforms in both commercial and military sectors. Prior experience includes roles as Part 141 Chief Flight Instructor and Part 142 Training Center Manager at Recurrent Training Center, where Gawenda developed and approved training curricula and managed FAA certifications. Gawenda holds educational credentials from Fenwick High School and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
