Victor Veltze

Victor Veltze has over two decades of experience in business development and marketing. Since June 2002, Victor has served as the Business Development Manager at Frasca International, Inc. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Director of Marketing at Oxford Aviation Academy - Tyler International School of Aviation from June 1997 to June 2002. Previously, Victor worked on various computer-related projects as a contractor with Manpower & Olsten Staffing, and served as Lease Administrator at Helicopter Aviation Service Corporation from May 1995 to January 1996. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, completed between 1990 and 1993, and is a graduate of the American International School (AIS).
