Barbara Wills has a diverse work experience in the field of digital product, experience design, and UX. Barbara currently serves as the Global Head of Product & Experience Design at Anthony Nicholas Group, where they focus on delivering transformational excellence in brand, feature, and service design. Prior to this, Barbara worked as the Head of Digital Product at Brown Thomas | Arnotts, leading the Digital Product and UX team for customer-facing channels. Barbara also held the position of Head of Creative & UX at Brown Thomas, where they created and delivered exceptional digital brand and user experiences. Earlier in their career, Barbara worked as an eCommerce Manager at Awear, driving online trade and improving customer experience. Barbara also acted as a Web Designer and UX Lead at Awear, as well as a Senior Web Designer at Jenerate, and a Web Designer at Equinox Website Design and Development. Barbara has demonstrated skills in design, UX understanding, and providing quality design solutions within tight deadlines.

Barbara Wills completed their MSc degree in Multimedia from Trinity College Dublin in 2002-2003. Barbara also obtained a Diploma in Photography from Technological University Dublin in 1996-1999.
