Brenda Liggett

VP, Integrated Commercial Services & CFO at Fraser Health Authority

In her role as Vice President, Integrated Commercial Services, Brenda Liggett leads Integrated Commercial Services with the purpose of fully leveraging and improving our operational and business processes. Brenda is leading Fraser Health's repatriation of housekeeping and food services and is the executive liaison for Lower Mainland consolidated services, which includes Business Initiatives and Support Services (BISS), Integrated Protection Services and Parking as well as the provincially consolidated procurement and accounts payable services.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brenda provides leadership and oversight for Fraser Health’s strategic financial planning, budgeting and financial services. She leads Accounting Services, Business Support, Financial Planning, Capital Development and has general management oversight for our Public Private Partnership (P3) projects.

Brenda’s professional relationship with Fraser Health dates back to 1984. Over the past three decades, she has held progressively senior positions in the organization’s finance department. She holds a deep knowledge of Fraser Health’s corporate and financial histories and has detailed experience from all sectors in the organization. As Chief Financial Officer, Brenda is uniquely positioned to lead Fraser Health’s financial portfolio with a focus on the big financial picture of the organization and an understanding of how leaders manage their individual budgets.

Brenda is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. She is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Society of British Columbia.
