Lindsey Sprigens has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and organizations. Lindsey began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Director at the UK Ministry of Defence, where they worked until 2009. Lindsey then moved on to the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS FT, where they served as a Service Improvement and Quality Manager for Mental Health Services from 2009 to 2011.
Following this, Lindsey joined the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2011 and worked as a Service and Business Manager for Regional Renal Services until 2014. In this role, they managed clinical operations and was responsible for a service budget of £20M and a staff of 325.
Lindsey then transitioned to Fraser Health Authority in 2015, where they initially served as a Leader in the Strategic Transformation Team until 2018. Lindsey was then promoted to the role of Director of the Strategic Transformation Team, Innovation, Planning and Transformation from 2018 to 2022. In this position, they provided direction and leadership to a team of internal managing consultants and oversaw the design and delivery of high priority large-scale change projects aligned to organizational priorities.
Most recently, Lindsey has been appointed as the Director of Clinical Operations at the Queens Park Care Centre within the Fraser Health Authority. In this role, they are responsible for providing leadership and accountability for clinical operations, staffing, quality, patient/resident safety, and campus planning and projects.

Lindsey Sprigens has a PROSCI certification in Change Management from PROSCI, obtained in 2016. In 2005, Lindsey received a Practitioner Certification in Project Management from the Association for Project Management. Lastly, they have a degree in Chemistry (MCHEM) from The University of Sheffield, which was earned between 1995 and 1999.
