Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment and executive search. Paul'smost recent role was as the Lead of Physician Recruitment and Executive & Senior Leadership Acquisition at Fraser Health Authority. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at BackStretch Recruitment Group, where they acted as a hiring partner for companies in the private sector. From 2015 to 2021, Paul served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Operations Manager at Harbour West Consulting Inc., where they successfully completed over 100 executive and senior leadership searches. Paul also has experience as a Multimedia Consultant at The Georgia Straight and as an Account Executive at Victoria Salmon Kings.
