Shannon van Aardt CA(SA) currently serves as the Delivery Lead for Operations Transformation and Organizational Design at Fraser McGill since October 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Deloitte from January 2015 to October 2022, progressing from Audit Trainee to Senior Auditor, then to Consultant, Senior Consultant, and finally Manager. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Spinning Instructor at Virgin Active from January 2013 to December 2014 and an Academic Tutor role at BrightSparkz Tutors from January 2012 to April 2014. Shannon van Aardt holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences (Honours) from the University of Pretoria (2011-2014) and completed the Professional Competence Development Programme in Accountancy and Related Disciplines in 2016. Education was formerly completed at Heron Bridge College, culminating in Matric in 2010.
