Andy Spears

Andy Spears holds an MBA from The Open University and has extensive experience in government infrastructure and naval operations. Currently serving as the Government Infrastructure Business Manager at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since September 2014, Andy leads initiatives that enhance government service delivery. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions in the Royal Navy, including Submarine Business Manager, Executive Officer, and Operations Officer, where responsibilities included training design, resource management, and technical consultancy for submarine operations. Andy has a strong background in navigation and leadership training, contributing to the development of future submarine navigators and ensuring operational readiness within naval teams.
