Brent Ratcliffe

Brent Ratcliffe is an experienced Electrical & Electronic Engineering Technical Manager at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since April 2014, specializing in system engineering methodology across the full design lifecycle of Electrical, Electronic, Control, and Instrumentation Engineering. Prior to this role, Brent served as Group Leader for the Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Group at Frazer-Nash from October 2004 to March 2014, focusing on design assurance consultancy, safety submission support, power system analysis, and more. Brent's career began in the Royal Navy, where from 1977 to 2004, leadership in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation for Vanguard Class submarines was complemented by supervising Category A pressurized water reactors and serving as a Flag Officer Sea Training propulsion sea rider. Education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from The Open University.
