Rhiannon is currently working as the People Communications and Engagement Lead at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where they design and delivers an effective engagement strategy for the organization while supporting senior leaders. Prior to this, they served as the Engagement and Internal Communications Manager at St. Mary's University, Twickenham, where they developed and implemented an internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
