Karine Pouwels

Karine Pouwels has extensive experience in the yachting and marine industries, currently serving as Crew Coordinator Supervisor and Crew Administrator at Fraser Yachts since April 2019. Prior to this role, Karine was employed at Abys Yachting from November 2015 to March 2019 as Personal Assistant to the Sales Director, providing commercial support to a team of yacht brokers. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Bachmann Marine Group in 2015 and serving as Business Development Manager at BachmannHR Yachts from December 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing the Antibes office and advising on payroll solutions for the maritime sector. From January 2003 to November 2011, Karine worked as Crew Manager for V.Ships, focusing on recruitment and management of cruise ship personnel in compliance with various maritime regulations.
