Cynthia Franzen

Cynthia Franzen, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and office support roles. Cynthia started their career at GE Capital as an Inside Sales Representative and later became a Team Lead. Cynthia then worked at Dell as a Human Resources Advisor and Inside Sales Representative. Their most recent role was as a Human Resources Director at Fraser.

Cynthia Franzen, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa in 1990. In 2016, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
