Diane S. Cross is the President & CEO at FRASER. Prior to joining Fraser, Cross was the Director of Medical Rehabilitation and Education at Courage Center where the majority of programs they established continue to serve the organization today. Prior to this role at Courage Center, Cross practiced there as a Certified Audiologist.

Diane S. Cross has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University, and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders - General from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Diane is certified by the American Music Therapy Association in Advocacy Award, by Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura in Appointed to the Governor's Interagency Coordinating Council on Early Childhood, by Governor Arne Carlson in Appointed to the MN Hearing Impaired Services Act Committee, by Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty in Appointed to the Minnesota Early Learning Foundation, and by Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton in Appointed to the Young Women's Initiative Committee of Minnesota.
