Elif McCain

Elif McCain has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Elif started their career as a Testing and Assessment Coordinator at SEV Health and Education Foundation in 2001. Elif then moved on to Eastwood Bank as a Customer Service Representative before joining Mayo Clinic in 2005. At Mayo Clinic, Elif held positions such as Patient Accounts Representative, Systems Liaison, and Operations Analyst III. Elif continued to gain experience in healthcare by working at VHA as a Performance Improvement Consultant before joining HealthEast in 2012. At HealthEast, Elif held roles such as Sr. Improvement Advisor, Director of Care Connection, and ACO Program and System Projects Director. Their most recent role was at Fraser as the Clinical Services Sr. Director before transitioning to the role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2022. Throughout their career, Elif has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in clinical services and improvement initiatives.

Elif McCain received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Doğuş University in 2001. Elif went on to pursue their Master's degree in Health and Human Services Administration at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, graduating in 2007. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration at Kocaeli University from 1996 to 1998. Elif also obtained various certifications including Dare to Lead Trained, Carlson Executive Education Certificate of Excellence in Business, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Production Preparation Process - 3P.
