Nancy Baldrica

Nancy Baldrica has a strong background in communication and marketing, starting in 1985 as an Executive Editor at Northwestern Lumber Association. Nancy later served as a Public Information Assistant at Anoka County Government and a Managing Editor at Bent Tree Press. Nancy also held roles at Nexus, including Corporate Communications Manager and Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing and Development Officer, Senior Vice President at Fraser, where they oversee marketing, communications, and fundraising efforts.

Nancy Baldrica has a Bachelor's degree in News/Editorial Journalism from the University of North Dakota. Nancy also completed a Mini-MBA for Nonprofits at the University of St. Thomas in 2021. In addition, Nancy has pursued various certificates and courses in fundraising, event planning, brand journalism, management, leadership, teamwork, supervision, Adobe Creative Suite, and personal development through different institutions such as Fred Pryor Seminars, Ragan Communications, University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education, Nexus University, Science Museum of Minnesota, FranklinCovey, and Association of Fundraising Professionals.
