Al Irwan Fikri Almasa’Ud

Al Irwan Fikri Almasa’ud has extensive experience in the retail and training sectors, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager for Sports Direct Malaysia since July 2015. In this role, responsibilities include delivering and ensuring the effectiveness of the group generic training program, developing and administering training initiatives, assessing the training needs across all departments, and creating training manuals. Previous positions held within Sports Direct Malaysia include Training Manager, Retail Store Manager, Assistant Retail Manager, and Retail Supervisor. Almasa’ud began his career as a Coach with Nike from July 2012 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Retail Management from KLTVET and an SPM in Economics from SMK SEAFIELD, completed in 2007.
