Amy Scholten

Amy Scholten currently serves as the Head of People Performance at Frasers Group, a position held since October 2020, and also contributes as an HR Business Partner. Previously, Amy worked at Vision Express from October 2012 to October 2020 in various roles, including HR Business Partner for the Head Office and Projects, and served as the Head of Human Resources on a maternity cover basis. Additional experience includes positions at E.ON as a Resourcing Consultant and at Dollar Financial Group as a Senior Recruitment Advisor. Earlier roles included Recruitment Officer at Vision Express and Service Coordinator (Recruitment) at ComputerLand UK Ltd. Academic qualifications include CIPD qualifications pursued since 2009 and a BSc in Human Biology from Loughborough University, earned between 2000 and 2003, complemented by 4 A-Levels and 10 GCSEs from Rawlins Community College.
