Ian Loe

Ian Loe currently serves as the Managing Director for Technology and Innovation at Frasers Hospitality, where responsibilities include leading global IT infrastructure and transformation initiatives while enhancing operational excellence and guest experiences. Ian holds multiple positions in academia, including Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and has contributed to industry development as a Foundation Member of the FinOps Foundation and an Instructor at Cybrary. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer at DFI Retail Group, Chief Technology Officer at NE Digital, and Director of Cybersecurity Services at GovTech Singapore. Ian Loe holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Monash University, among other qualifications.
