Mark Gleeson

Mark Gleeson is an experienced executive in the property and finance sectors, currently serving as the Executive General Manager Investment & Capital Transactions at Frasers Property Australia since 2004. In this role, Mark is responsible for mixed-use development and third-party capital management, focusing on building relationships with institutional investors. Previously, Mark held several roles at Frasers Property, including General Manager and Group Manager - Structured Finance, where the emphasis was on capital management and innovative financial transactions. Prior to joining Frasers Property, Mark worked at ANZ as the Head of Structured Property Finance, tasked with establishing a structured finance capability for corporate and institutional clients. Mark holds a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 1994 and 1997.
