Kok Hua Ng

Kok Hua Ng currently serves as Senior Vice President at Frasers Property Limited since November 2017, working within the Group Chief Investment Officer Office. Previously, Kok Hua held the position of Director at Oakwood Worldwide from October 2015 to November 2017, managing a joint venture partnership and overseeing acquisition and asset management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Mapletree, where responsibilities included acting as Assistant Fund Manager for a US$400 million fund and developing investment strategies, as well as working as an Associate at Arcapita Pte Ltd, supporting fund development and raising. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, where deal sourcing and evaluation of significant assets were key responsibilities. Kok Hua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, earned between 2004 and 2008.
