Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of the residents and employees and supports wired and wireless network and server infrastructure as well as telecommunications, internet services, audio-visual services, and cable tv services across the campus.
He led the IT team in the development of a multi-year aggressive IT strategic plan, the establishment of a Frasier IT service desk framework, and the implementation of a new tiered IT security architecture.
Before joining Frasier in 2017, Jeff served as the Director of the Technical Infrastructure team for Boulder Community Health leading a 42-member team responsible for support of employees and IT infrastructure across 2 hospitals, and 21 clinical and urgent and emergent care locations. Jeff has over 25-years’ experience in information technology supporting local, national, and global IT organizations and infrastructure.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Texas Tech University and attended graduate school at the University of Texas at Arlington. Jeff holds certifications in varied IT management and governance frameworks including ITIL and COBIT.
